You might think Wilderness Lodge is already the best Disney World Resort to visit when it’s Christmas time but there is now another reason to head over there for the holidays, as they have added a new Gingerbread Log Cabin and Treats Stand.
The Wilderness Lodge gingerbread log cabin has officially opened and there is even a stand where you can purchase holiday treats and beverages right next to the Gingerbread Cabin.
The gingerbread cabin can be found in the main lobby towards that back, near the indoor spring. According to the Bakery Team, the Gingerbread cabin was inspired by the turn-of-the-century National Park lodges.
Like many of the other Gingerbread houses you can find on Disney property, there are some hidden Mickey’s. In fact there are five hidden Mickeys on the Gingerbread Cabin at Wilderness Lodge.
The holiday treat stand not only has some treats for sale but it also has same seasonal merchandise items that are currently being sold resort wide at Disney World.
The Holiday Treats for sale include:
- Reindeer Food – $6.49
- Gingerbread Pine Tree – $5.49
- Gingerbread Man (Gluten Free Version Available) – $5.99
- Spiced Moose Cookies – $4.99
- Chocolate Pine Cone – $8.99
